Why Join the Franklin School PTA?

The Franklin PTA funds and supports numerous school programs that benefit our students, including our Back-to-School Social, Halloween Spooktacular, assemblies, buses for field trips, teacher & staff appreciation, additional school supplies, as well as helping to fund Specialist staff. 

PTA membership is $15 (plus $1 fee) per member, per year via TOTEM.

If financial hardship is an obstacle to joining the PTA, please contact Evaly Long (evaly@franklinpta.org) about our membership grant program. 

Questions will not be asked and all requests will be kept confidential.

 What does the Franklin School PTA do?

Help to fund math & reading intervention specialists and our mental health professional.

Provide teachers additional classroom supplies they need for their lessons.

Lead the Art Docent program to help parent volunteers teach art lessons in all classes.

Coordinate and fund numerous campus improvements.

Lead and cooorinate fun and festive events like Spooktacular and our Back-to-School Social.

Run numerous teacher appreciation events.

Provide field trip buses and transportation.

Organize the 5th Grade promotion ceremony.
