How Can You Help? Join We encourage every Franklin parent to join the PTA. Annual membership gives you voting rights at PTA meetings and discounts with participating merchants (list at capta.org). PTA membership also is open to grandparents, other family members, teachers, and students. The stronger our PTA membership, the louder our voice may be heard on issues that matter most to our children’s education. Please use the membership form or click here to pay membership dues online. Annual dues are $10 per member. Give
