Our Snowflake Shop will be at school on December 6, each student can spend up to $3 on items (each item sells for .50) for their family and friends. Here are some of the crafts that sold last year. We need crafters willing to make 40 items to sell in the Snowflake Shop as well as volunteers to help staff the Shop. Help is most needed December 5th (set up) and December 6th anytime between 8:30am-2:50pm to help students shop. Contact Kendal or Connie to volunteer.
Cyber Monday might be over, but you can still help Franklin when you shop at over a 1K online retailers through iGive! Downloading the iGive button is the easiest way to shop, as retail partners are automatically detected so a percentage of your purchase goes to support Franklin PTA! Right now we have 53 members who have downloaded the iGive button. Let’s get that to 100!
BONUS: When new members join iGive throughout November (today’s the LAST day!) members to join throughout November and shop in their first 45 days, Franklin PTA can earn $5!
Yearbook Volunteers Needed
We’re looking for representative from each class to supply or collect quality photos to submit to the Yearbook. This is an easy-peasy, fun job, and if you’re not able to be there at the events to take the pictures you can be collector/organizer, flexible hours!
If you have any questions or you’re ready to jump into our volunteer pool you can send an email to email@example.com and we’ll get you in touch with the right people.
Minimum Day Afterschool Program Cancelled
There is NO after school program in the media center on Innovative Plan minimum days. Please be sure to make other arrangements for after care for your children on those days. Check the PTA calendar for the remaining minimum days for the rest of the year.
